Louise Lynch – Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist
Louise holds a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from IICP College in Dublin. She is fully qualified and she is a member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
She has a background in both the hospitality and retail sector and has a passion for working with people. Louise attends regular supervision to ensure she provides the best care for her clients and is committed to continuous personal and professional development.
Louise believes that the therapeutic relationship is crucial to healing and all her clients are met with empathy, warmth and acceptance. She uses an integrative approach which draws on various therapies such as Humanistic, Person-Centred, Choice Therapy, Reality Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural therapy tailored to each client. Louise provides a safe non-judgemental space where clients are free to explore their feelings and work towards change in a safe and supportive environment.
Louise has worked with a broad range of clients presenting with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, marriage and relationship breakdown, childhood trauma, co-dependency, self-esteem and life skills. She has a particular interest in menopause and the concerns it can raise.
