Experience and Training
Fergus has worked in private practice and clinical settings for over six years. He holds a Clinical M.A. and a H. Dip. in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. He has extensive experience with a wide variety of clients including adults, children, adolescents, teenagers and families. He has worked in various clinical and educational settings including at general therapeutic services, in schools, at a specialist centre for gender identity, and with university students. Much of his experience has been working with depression, anxiety and the struggles that people face in daily life.
Fergus’s particular interests include somatic symptoms in children and adolescents. He works with adults and young people across a broad spectrum of presentations.

Fergus is a fully accredited member of the Association of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Ireland (A.P.P.I) and the Irish Council for Psychotherapy (I.C.P).
