Experience & Training
Ciara Lacey is a graduate of the MSc in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the UCD School of
Medicine. Prior to this, Ciara completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Dublin Business
School and is continuously engaged with the School of Psychotherapy at St. Vincent’s University
Hospital where she is currently undertaking the post-master’s component of the Specific Modality
Training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.
Ciara has experience working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma
and eating disorders. She offers a space for clients to explore any questions they might have and
to speak freely about their suffering.
Memberships
Ciara is a student member of the Association for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in Ireland
(A.P.P.I), a pre-accredited member of the National Association for Professional Counselling and
Psychotherapy (N.A.P.C.P).
