Mandy Foley – Trainee Counsellor & Psychotherapist

Mandy Foley is a student therapist with ICHAS, College of Humanities and Applied Sciences. Before beginning her training, she worked in hospitality for over 15 years — an experience that gave her a deep understanding of the pressures people face, including stress, long hours, and the challenge of finding balance in life.

In her work, Mandy provides a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace. She has a particular interest in inner child work, helping individuals connect with and heal the younger parts of themselves that may carry old wounds, fears, or unmet needs. This gentle, reflective approach can support self-esteem, reduce anxiety, and foster greater self-acceptance in everyday life.
